Glurbs Language Quest
To ensure a fair competition, schools are grouped into three categories based on size:
- Small: under 100 pupils
- Medium: 101 - 200 pupils
- Large: 201+ pupils
Each category has its own leaderboard and prizes, so every school has an equal opportunity to succeed.
School prizes
1st place (per category):
- Large schools: £5,000 cash grant
- Medium schools: £3,000 cash grant
- Small schools: £2,000 cash grant
- Gold, Silver or Bronze award plaque
- Merchandise pack (Language Angels and Glurbs items)
Top 20 schools (per category):
- 1 free extra month added to your current Language Angels subscription
Why this matters
The more pupils who take part, and the further they progress, the greater your chance of climbing the leaderboard and securing a prize.
