Our platform will be undergoing some maintenance and upgrades on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd December 2023.

Allocating games and viewing game performance data
We are aware of several issues with the area of the platform for allocating of games and viewing pupil performance when they've played the games.
Currently it is not as effective or efficient as it should be.
Our wonderful team of developers here at Language Angels have made this a priority area to redesign and revamp and over the period of 21-22 December they'll be rolling out the brand new version of this area of the platform.

Pupil usernames & passwords
We know this has been a big one for lots of our users.
The ability to change pupil usernames is something lots of you have asked for. We've listened and now we're making this possible.
The system will still automatically generate a unique username and password for each of the pupils you upload or enter into your classes. However, you will now be able to edit either of them and the system will automatically check in real-time if the username you would like to use for your pupil is unique and therefore useable.
Remember, usernames have to be unique in our database so, if you are going to try to change it, please make sure to use something that is likely to be unique.

Notifications are going LIVE!
Our new notifications functionality will be live on the site after the Christmas holidays.
You'll be able access your full, personalised notifications area from the main dashboard area or from the bell icon that will be appearing at to the top of your screen near your profile icon. Click on either to view your notifications.
We'll be using the notifications area to inform you of important and exciting changes, news, updates, events and additional resources so please keep an eye on this area of the platform.

From the top right-hand corner of your dashboard area you can access your account details and profile page.
You can view and edit all of the key information regarding your account:

- See how many days of access to the platform you have remaining.
- Change your contact details.
- Change your account password.
- Upload your own profile picture to use as your profile icon.

Assign units to classes
After the Christmas holidays you'll be able to allocate specific units to your classes.
Select the number of units you'll be teaching throughout the year and then allocate the unit you want to teach in each slot. When the class is accessed, the teacher will only see the units allocated to that class.
This new functionality will also enable you to reverse and change your selections much more easily.
